NYUST’s College of Artificial Intelligence Technology (CAIT) supports students in clarifying their academic and career direction and in developing the knowledge and skills needed for future careers. Each student follows a personalized Individualized Education Program (IEP), developed with academic advising and reviewed regularly to align learning activities with the student’s goals.

At the College of Artificial Intelligence Technology (CAIT), faculty mentors work with each student to clarify strengths, learning needs, and career direction. Mentors also guide students in planning a coherent study path—coursework, internships, and project work—so students can progressively build the competencies and experience needed for their intended careers.

Bachelor Program in
Industry ProjectsUsing learner-centered instruction, this program is offered in conjunction with the YunTech Industrial Research Institute’s Problem-based Learning Center, establishing an interdisciplinary learning system that focuses on the analysis and solution of challenging problems. First-year students take “Problem-based Learning Center Practice” and gain experience in a wide range of laboratories in different knowledge domains. Second year students conduct intensive laboratory internships to gain practical work experience and participate in group projects to gain multidimensional experience and expertise, further maximizing professional competitiveness.

The GEC cultivates literacy in the humanities and sciences for technical and vocational students, ensuring gradual and holistic development. Students gain cross-disciplinary learning ability and diverse experience, learning to develop important skills in expression, communication, decision-making, and practice.
